Here are answers to the most common questions about our products, orders, shipping, returns, sizing, and more. If you don’t find what you need, contact us at support@dillidrip.com.
ORDERS & ACCOUNT
1. How do I place an order?
You can shop directly on our website by adding items to your cart and completing checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping address and payment details.
2. Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Email support@dillidrip.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, but you can return them according to our Shipping & Returns policy.
3. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track your orders, see order history, and save your address for future purchases.
4. I forgot my account password. What do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email and we’ll send a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or write to support@dillidrip.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link. Use that link to check delivery status. You can also log in to My Account > Orders to see tracking details.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Not at launch. We plan to offer international shipping in the future. If available, shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
8. Why is my order delayed?
Delays may happen due to courier backlogs, public holidays, or regional disruptions. We’ll keep you updated if there is a significant delay. If your order is overdue, contact support@dillidrip.com with your order number.
PAYMENTS & COD
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other local online payment methods supported by our payment gateway at checkout.
10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available where supported by your pin code. COD may include an additional fee, which will be shown at checkout.
11. Is it safe to enter my payment details?
Yes. All payments are processed through trusted, secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
12. What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, with tags intact and original invoice included. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
13. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Log in to My Account > Orders and select the order you want to return, or email support@dillidrip.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
14. How long does a refund take?
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
15. Can I exchange an item?
We treat exchanges as a return followed by a new purchase. If your size or style is available, return your original item and reorder the new one.
16. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
17. Are there any non-returnable items?
Some products (such as limited-edition or final-sale items) may be marked as non-returnable. If so, it will be stated clearly on the product page.
SIZING & PRODUCT QUESTIONS
18. How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide page for exact measurements and fit notes for each product. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
19. Do the clothes shrink after wash?
We use pre-shrunk fabrics for most products. Follow the care labels on each item for best results. Slight shrinkage is possible with improper wash care, so we advise gentle wash and line dry.
20. What if the product feels different from the photos?
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. If you feel it’s significantly different, you can return it per our return policy.
COUPONS & PROMOTIONS
21. How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Promo Code” field and click apply before completing payment. Codes cannot be applied after the order is placed.
22. Can I use multiple coupons on one order?
Only one promo code can be used per order unless otherwise stated in the specific offer details.
GENERAL & CUSTOMER CARE
23. How do I contact customer support?
Email us at support@dillidrip.com for order support and support@dillidrip.com for business inquiries. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
24. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If the order has not shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Email support@dillidrip.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
